PREMIUM custom interior/exterior tarpaulins are tailored to the specific make, model and year of the vehicle. It is not a custom fit to your car. If your vehicle's exterior is in original condition with no accessories, you can be assured that the fit will be perfect. In the case of original/non-original accessories or Japanese, American and other versions of the car (different side mirrors, sports bumpers, spoilers, sill extensions, extended wheel trims, body kits, luggage racks, etc.) the fit may not be a perfect fit or may be directly inappropriate. Most of the cuts are made in the years of the model's launch and are created using the technology of the time. Older patterns do not achieve the precision of contemporary patterns. They tend to be looser and may have wrinkles. However, this is not a fault. It is a mistake.
The position and size of the pockets on the side mirrors correspond to the original condition of the car. On older vehicles where the number, position and shape of the mirrors have varied, the side mirror pockets are not taken into account in the custom fitting. However, they can be retrofitted. Customized cuts usually do not take antennas into account. Most antennas can be folded or dismantled. The fins of modern cars do not need to be taken into account. Older cars with fixed antennas need to have the hole in the sail cut through. If you require the antenna hole to be accounted for, it can be retrofitted to your car. This service is subject to individual quotation. The position and size of the hole will fit directly on your car.
Side mirror pockets are reflected on PREMIUM custom interior/exterior sails with custom fit for cars built after 1975, with the exception of a few models. For customized cuts, this is usually possible as the shape and position of the mirrors are usually clearly defined. Older cars where the numbers, positions and shapes of the side mirrors varied or were even missing altogether do not have side mirror pockets. This is not always a detriment. In the case of small rear-view mirrors, the aesthetic result without pockets is visually "cleaner". If pockets are not part of a particular cut, we will always inform you in advance. If you require pockets to be taken into account, they can be additionally tailored to your car. This service is subject to individual calculation. PLEASE NOTE: If your car is fitted with side mirrors whose position or shape does not match the original car or the European version of the car, please contact us. If you park your car in a public area, you will appreciate the option of safely storing the side mirrors under the tarpaulin. In this case, configure the cut without pockets for the side mirrors.
CLASSIC universal interior/exterior tarpaulins do not take into account the pockets on the side mirrors. With universal cuts it is not possible to design the shape and position of the pockets to suit all cars. Wrinkles and overstretching of the material would occur, which would detract from the aesthetic appearance of the tarpaulin.
If you want to personalise your sail, take advantage of the option of an original car brand logo or a custom logo on request. The original car brand logo is the logo of your car manufacturer (Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Porsche, etc.). The colour of the monochrome logo can be chosen with respect to the shade of your sail. The multi-coloured logo remains in its original shades. If you require your company logo, specific symbols, custom logos or lettering, we can prepare a custom logo exactly to your specifications.
Our recommendation: logos and lettering always lift the final impression of the sail. However, be cautious when choosing them. Avoid logos that are solid in area. In larger sizes, they can look cumbersome. Logos with the sail fabric partially showing through tend to be visually light and fresh. Signs composed of individual letters do not suffer from this effect.
For logos and lettering we choose the position on the bonnet of the car. This is the largest area of the body where they look best. Each logo allows different maximum dimensions. Symmetrical logos (round, square) are usually up to 30 cm in diameter. Lettering can be up to 70 cm long. In the case of larger sizes, the iron-on logos are no longer able to transfer the elasticity of the fabric and may cause deformation or fraying of the sail.
If you require larger logos, we can use sublimation technology to produce them. This involves printing the logo on the surface of the sail. You can find out more about sublimation technology in the section Custom Full Screen Printing.
Custom all-over printing is the ultimate in personalising your sail. Design a custom design inspired by you. Each order is an individual affair. It is created step by step from initial sketches, through test loops to the final form of your sail. The process of creating a custom all-over print is time-consuming for complex graphics, but trust us, the result is worth it.
Sublimation
The sublimation technology is used to produce custom all-over printing. The base of the sail is white fabric, on which the graphics are printed all over from the front side. Each cm2 is defined according to your requirements. We can achieve logos and signs of extreme dimensions, complex graphics or colour shades that are as close to your ideas as possible. The reverse side of the sail remains in its original white colour.

Ano, plachtu lze nasadit na mokrý vůz. Prodyšnost tkanin umožní odpařování vlhkosti a kondenzátu směrem ven. K úniku vzlínajících par u CLASSIC univerzální exteriérové plachty dochází skrze větrací otvory. Upozorňujeme, že v místě styku plachty s karoserií může dojít ke vzniku zaschlých skvrn od vody.
PREMIUM zakázkové interiérové a exteriérové plachty obsahují retardanty hoření, které zajišťují odolnost vůči sálavému teplu až do 220ºC. Jsou-li však teploty motorových, výfukových či brzdových částí příliš vysoké, hrozí poškození plachty či v extrémních případech její vzplanutí.
Naše doporučení: Před nasazením plachty nechte vůz vždy nejprve vychladnout.
Interiérovou plachtu lze použít výhradně v interiéru. Je určena pouze pro vnitřní použití. Pokud je ponechána na přímém slunci, časem vybledne. V případě deště není nepromokavá. Oproti exteriérové plachtě ji chybí silný lem spodního okraje minimalizující zanesení nečistot pod plachtu.
Exteriérová plachta je určena pro použití v exteriéru. Má nepromokavou, vícevrstvou skladbu a k odpařování vlhkosti a kondenzátu dochází pomaleji než u plachty interiérové. Do garáže patří plachta interiérová.
Exteriérová plachta před kroupami neochrání. Kroupy jsou nebezpečné především svojí kinetickou energií. Malé kroupy (6 mm) padají rychlostí až 39 km/h, větší (30 mm) rychlostí přibližně 80 km/h. Vrstva materiálu plnící ochrannou funkci by musela být natolik silná, že plachta bude neskladná a její celková hmotnost přesáhne 25 kg.
Naše doporučení: Podhodíte-li pod exteriérovou plachtu huňatou deku či přímo peřinu a pevně stáhnete fixačními popruhy, docílíte lepší ochrany než u plachty proti kroupám. Touto babskou radou jsme Vám zachránili již nejeden automobil.
Jakákoliv plachta, kterou použijete k zakrytí Vašeho automobilu, by měla „dýchat“. Neumožní-li únik vzlínajících par, raději plachtu vůbec nepoužívejte. Vyvarujete se mnohem větším škodám. PREMIUM zakázkové a CLASSIC univerzální interiérové plachty jsou vhodné pro krátkodobé i dlouhodobé použití. Oba materiály mají vynikající prodyšnost, která umožňuje odpařování vlhkosti a kondenzátu. PREMIUM zakázková exteriérová plachta je rovněž vhodná pro krátkodobé i dlouhodobé použití. Z důvodů vícevrstvé skladby „dýchá“ o něco pomaleji než plachta interiérová. Je prodyšná v celé své ploše. CLASSIC univerzální exteriérovou plachtu doporučujeme použít pro krátkodobé uskladnění Vašeho vozu. K odpařování vlhkosti a kondenzátu dochází skrze větrací otvory. V ploše je plachta neprodyšná.
Pravidelný interval kontrol
Skladujete-li vůz venku, může dojít k zanesení nečistot mezi plachtu a karoserii, které by mohly poškodit lak Vašeho vozu. Nepodceňujte pravidelný interval kontrol. U interiérových plachet nemusí být nikterak častý.
K rosení pod plachtou běžně dochází zejména po chladných a jasných nocích, parkujete-li pod širým nebem. Má-li povrch vozu nižší teplotu než je rosný bod jeho okolí, dochází k rosení i pod plachtou. Rosa se s rostoucí teplotou odpařuje a uniká skrze plachtu či větrací otvory ven. Skladujete-li vůz dlouhodobě na vytrvalých deštích nebo pod vrstvou sněhu, nemá vlhkost a kondenzace možnost odpaření a může po delší době dojít i k tvorbě plísní. Prosím nepodceňujte pravidelný interval kontrol.
K bezpečnému zajištění plachty za větrného počasí slouží fixační popruhy. Nedoporučujeme však používat plachtu za silného větru přesahujícího 50 km/h. Může dojít k zanesení nečistot mezi plachtu a karoserii, které by mohly poškodit lak Vašeho vozu. V případě podfouknutí plachty dochází k extrémnímu namáhání švů.
Prosím berte na vědomí, že každá plachta časem vybledne. K vyblednutí jsou náchylné zejména tmavší odstíny. Pamatujte však, že plachta i nadále chrání exteriér i interiér Vašeho vozidla. Na vyblednutí plachty se záruka nevztahuje.
Klesají-li teploty pod bod mrazu, může dojít k přimrznutí plachty ke karoserii vozu. Příčinou je zakrytí mokrého automobilu. Dojde-li k tomuto jevu, přelijte dané místo teplou vodou. Nikdy se nesnažte odtrhnout přimrzlou plachtu. Vyvarujete se jejímu možnému poškození.
