The indoor cover is designed for use in enclosed spaces. It is not waterproof and will allow moisture to pass through. However, if your vehicle is parked outdoors in a covered, dry, and sheltered location, an indoor cover may still be a suitable solution.
The outdoor cover is designed for outdoor use. Its multi-layered, waterproof construction and high weight allow moisture and condensation to escape slightly more slowly than with an indoor cover. Reinforced double stitching and securing straps are not intended for indoor use. If you are looking for a cover suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the outdoor cover is the only suitable choice.
No. Hail is dangerous because of its kinetic energy. Larger hailstones (around 30 mm / 1.2 in) can fall at speeds of up to 80 km/h (50 mph). Even the most durable outdoor covers cannot provide reliable protection against hail damage.
Yes, it can. When relative humidity is high and the temperature of the vehicle drops below the dew point, water vapour condenses on the vehicle surface and forms dew. Once the temperature rises again, the moisture naturally evaporates. A high-quality cover allows water vapour to escape, helping to keep the vehicle dry.
Yes, the cover can be fitted on a damp vehicle. The breathable fabric allows moisture and condensation to evaporate outward.
Yes, it can. Securing straps help keep the cover safely in place in windy conditions. However, we do not recommend using the cover in strong winds exceeding 50 km/h (31 mph). In stronger winds, dirt and debris may be blown under the cover and could potentially damage the vehicle paintwork. If the cover is lifted by the wind, the seams may be exposed to excessive stress.
Yes, all fabrics will fade over time. Darker colours are generally more prone to fading. However, the cover will continue to protect both the exterior and interior of your vehicle. Fading is considered a natural characteristic of the material and is not covered by warranty.
If you would like to personalise your cover, you can choose a vehicle brand logo or a custom logo upon request.
A manufacturer logo refers to the original manufacturer’s emblem (e.g. Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Mercedes-Benz). The colour of a monochrome logo is selected to complement the colour of the cover, while multi-coloured logos remain unchanged. If you require a company logo, custom graphic, or lettering, we can produce a custom logo according to your specifications.
By default, logos are placed on the hood, as this large, flat surface offers the best visual presentation. Symmetrical logos (round or square) are typically up to 30 cm (11.8 in) in size. Letter-based text logos can reach up to 65 cm (25.6 in) in length. For larger formats, we use full surface printing. More information can be found in the “Full Surface Printing” section.
Car covers generally do not take antennas into account. Most antennas can be folded down or removed. Modern shark-fin antennas do not require any special accommodation. For older vehicles with fixed antennas, it may be necessary to cut a small opening in the cover.
Full surface printing offers the highest level of customisation for your cover. It allows virtually unlimited design options, including colours, logos, oversized graphics, and visual elements such as headlights, grilles, or even the entire vehicle. The printing is applied using dye-sublimation technology. The base material is a white fabric, onto which the colours are transferred on the outer side. The inner side remains completely white.
Mirror pockets are included with most PREMIUM Custom-Fit Covers. Their shape and position are designed to match the original configuration of each specific vehicle. Exceptions may apply to older models, where mirrors varied in shape, position, or number, or were not present at all. If mirror pockets are not included in a specific pattern, you will always be informed in advance.
CLASSIC Universal Indoor Car Covers may also feature mirror pockets in a standard position in front of the side windows. In some cases, slight material bunching around the pockets may occur. If your vehicle’s mirrors are mounted on the doors or front wings, we recommend choosing a cover without mirror pockets.
If you park your vehicle with the mirrors folded in, we also recommend selecting a cover without mirror pockets.
